First I want to apologize to my 10’s of follower’s for not putting out another blog lately. I have failed your admiration for me spectacularly. Now that that BS is out of the way let me tell you about my latest adventure in Michigan last month. First I set up a Harvest Host stay at a winery in Vermillion OH. The Paper Moon Winery. After we checked in we detached the Jeep and went into the town of Vermillion. A very nice little town on Lake Erie with a bunch of little shops and an interesting
Marina and some gourmet popcorn. We went back to the winery for some good food, good wine, and a band. Just about every song they played you could sing along with because we are old farts and grew up listening to their selections. It was our first official night boon-docking... it didn’t go great... it didn’t go horrible... right down the middle. Just like golf, tons of crappy shots and three good ones and you're coming back for more. We are going to try it again in the near future. After a descent night sleep we packed up for Port Huron Michigan. It is right across the river from Toronto Canada, which is a toll and a short bridge drive over the St. Claire River, to hear a bunch of people say Good morning A. Beautiful weather A. I wish they could end a sentence without saying A. A. Don’t think so, you get it? We just stayed in the good old USA. We took about a 50 mile ride up the shoreline to see what we could see. And what we could see was a-lot of trees and houses with a-lot of frontage. In others words... not much. We also went to a little winery there ( see a pattern). It was called Vinomondo Winery, off the beaten path but well worth it. It’s flight sizes are the most I've seen. In fact I had to get a bite to eat there because I was getting cleared for take off. Well worth the trip. Mrs. G.O.M. gave it wine lip smacker approval. Better than a UL or good house keeping seal approval. We also felt like ice cream at the camp ground so we got two waffle cones, a one scooper, and two scooper. Hers looked like a little babies head and mine looked like her twin brothers, needless to say they ended up being two dayers. Delicious needless to say except for all the crying. We maybe had 3 days of good weather but the rest of the time it was chilly and rainy. I can’t win. Cold May in Michigan, cold August in Michigan, flip a coin at least the week we were there. As you can see from the last picture we just missed the flood that came through the day before we left. All in all it wasn’t the best trip or the worst. Its all an adventure good bad or indifferent we always have fun. Life’s too short to worry about it. Sorry again for the delay but procrastination is the name of the game. Next months adventure blog to come sooner or later or is it later then sooner. Time will tell. Talk to you sooner or later guaranteed sorta kinda.
Remember QTL waits for no man or woman.
Enjoy

Little side feature I want to add is Where’s G.O.M. Like Waldo but grumpier. Send me an address and I'll send you one or two Koozies and you can take him on your adventures and send a picture where he is and you of course because he’s not real and can’t drive himself anywhere. Duh do I have to explain everything?
