#8 Boys weekend

Every year my good friend Steve and I attend an annual memorial golf event invited to by our good friend Bill aka. ( our insurance agent that we are pretty sure takes our premiums and sends it directly to his off shore Cayman Island bank account). We meet on Friday afternoon and we are his guests. He spares no expense, 18 holes of golf of probably one of most water starved hard ass courses in the western hemisphere. All the hotdogs we can choke down and chips, cant forget the chips. I will say the beer is ice cold. We also meet another friend of ours, Brian. If you don’t laugh at least a 100 times a round with his take on the world you don’t have a sense of humor. He can make rubbing out a stain hilarious. We usually are treated to a wonderful dinner but this year we were invited to a pizza party at the frat house. Little to much for the old guys. So we return to my camp for the night to enjoy some barbecue and a pleasant fire supplied by a Solo fire pit. Low and behold I hadn’t a clue my roommate was the first to create fire and was the only one qualified to do so. If you didn’t figure it out yet I was doing it all wrong. After a half hour of smoke inhalation we finally had a nice fire. The rest of that evening I spent looking for some rope and a tree high enough to make the noise stop. I couldn’t find one so I called it a night and let Fire-starter enjoy his tik-tok. Its Saturday all refreshed and ready for the golf outing its breakfast time and of course some numb nut (I don’t have a clue who) left our breakfast at work nicely packaged in the refrigerator. So that started a 15 minute debate on who the numb nut was ( again I have no clue). So it was off to the MTO magic screen. If you don't pay attention when you are ordering you could feasibly end up with an $80 dollar breakfast. No we didn’t, but we could see it happening.

Belly’s happy off to the outing.

See you on the course.
