At the golf outing beautiful day catching up with friends we haven't seen in a year. Its the 20th annual outing Steve and I have attended at least 16 or 17 of the twenty we think, memory fades for sure. With our competitive natures over 30+ years its always a crap show... who has the longest drive, who hits closest to the pin on a par three, and anything else. If we can bet on it we will. A dollar per bet who is ahead at the end has bragging rights for a year whether its 3 dollars or 3000 dollars it hurts. I have to admit I got the short end of the stink stick this year. Although he does cheat. But don't tell him I told you. I so enjoy the way his eyes light up when I hand him that dollar which may or may not have come out of a less than desirable location. I thought the last place we golfed at was a little dry this place is harder then concrete on asphalt on steel. Fyi that's how he gets his longest drive dollars. Wink wink. You know what they say... drive for show and putt for dough. Guess who putts for dough 🤑? Your right everyone got it. Its ME. Give yourselves a participation trophy. As always we have a great time with great friends I would not trade them for the world. Hope to see them again next year with everyone happy and hopefully healthy. I guess if pressed I wouldn’t trade Steve either we basically see each other every day and who would you rather do this with in this crazy business we are in, than someone you can bust balls with everyday. Even so I think I may carry some rope with me next year. Shout out to Bill and Brian always fun.
